The 2022 RAM 1500 Classic will be the first of a new generation of RAM trucks. It will feature an updated front end, a new crosshair grille, and headlamps. The 2020 Ram 1500 Classic's tailgate will be redesigned, as well as the rear bumper and tail lamps. The interior will be upgraded with new materials and trim options, including a new leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob and a unique instrument panel design with customizable displays. The 2020 Ram 1500 Classic has a bold new front-end design with an updated crosshair grille and LED headlamps. The hood is also wider and taller, giving it a more aggressive look. The back end has also been updated with new tail lights and bumper. The cabin of the new pickup truck features higher quality materials than before, including natural wood trim on its dash and doors and soft-touch surfaces throughout the cabin. The grille is complemented by chrome accents on the hood and fenders, while the headlights are encased in plastic lenses with LED turn signals. The sides of the vehicle feature a sculpted body line that runs from behind the front doors to just above the rear wheel arches. The wheel arches themselves are also more prominent than they were on previous models. The back end has a tailgate spoiler and a full-size spare tire mounted on the tailgate's right side. Moreover, the tailgate is equipped with a power-close assist, automatically closing when you shut it.
